5. Supply Chain & Partners
We expect suppliers and partners to uphold equivalent standards via our Supplier Code of Conduct. Contracts may include human rights clauses, audit rights, and corrective-action requirements. Persistent non-compliance may result in disengagement.

- Identify & Assess: Map salient risks in operations, products, services, and supply chains.

Benegon Enterprises LLC maintains confidential reporting channels available to employees and external stakeholders. Reports may be made anonymously where legally permitted. We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
8. Training & Awareness
We provide role-appropriate training to employees and relevant third parties on this Policy, our Supplier Code, and related procedures (e.g., recruiting, procurement, security, product development). Completion may be mandatory for certain roles.

- Provide or cooperate in remediation where we cause or contribute to adverse impacts.
